Hays brings over 25 years of management and technology experience to Merlin International with core competencies in business development, program execution, systems integration & synthesis, and systems engineering. Hays spent twelve years of his career holding various IT positions with the Department of Veterans Affairs including Director of Enterprise Systems Engineering, Chief Technology Officer, and Deputy Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Merlin, Hays held positions at several Transformation Twenty-one Total Technology (T4) and T4 Next Generation (T4NG) prime contractors where he was responsible for growth that generated over $500 Million in revenue.
