During his presentation, Zucker will discuss the innovative ways in which sponsors can approach feasibility, focusing on the use of Monte Carlo simulations in determining the best probability of success for trial strategies. The session will support MAGI's "Sponsor Operations: Innovative Methods for Protocol Feasibility" element of the conference, and will take place on Monday, Oct. 24 at 1:30 pm P.T.
"The use of Monte Carlo simulations provides the basis of successful data-driven trial planning," said Zucker, who has more than 20 years' experience in clinical research operations. "During my presentation at MAGI, I will explore how the use of these modeling and simulation methods can work to capture the possible risks and outcomes for any given scenario, helping sponsors and investigative sites to reduce their study costs and timelines, while optimizing the chances of study success."
MAGI's Clinical Research Conference will offer four days of sessions and workshops in six tracks: sponsor operations, site operations, contracts, budgets and billing, regulatory compliance and quality. For futher information, visit http://www.magiworld.org/.
