WHO: Jack Mackenroth, from the hit reality television series "Project Runway," is returning to San Francisco for the United States Conference on AIDS (USCA) to discuss his national HIV and AIDS education initiative, Living Positive By Design WHY: Through Living Positive By Design, Jack highlights the importance of having a positive outlook on life while effectively managing HIV.
