CHICAGO, June 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- InveniasPartners, a Chicago-based healthcare C-Suite

executive recruitment and talent advisory services firm, today announced that Victor (Vic) Buzachero has joined the firm as a Partner.

Mr. Buzachero comes to InveniasPartners with nearly 40 years of experience in senior human resources roles,

most recently as Corporate Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Scripps Health. There, his teams implemented changes resulting in cost savings of more than $100 million while improving employee satisfaction and engagement, garnering national media attention. Most recently, Scripps was named to the 2017 Workforce 100 list of top companies for HR. He has also served as an independent consultant leading searches for senior executive roles.

Vic holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, and a Master of Business Administration from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources lifetime designee.
