Insight has signed an agreement with West Suburban Women's Health, a women's health center providing integrative health services, to provide eating disorders, emotional overeating and mental health programming in the southwest suburbs.  "We are very excited about the addition of Insight into our community of women's health services," explains Dr. Joan Cardone.   West Suburban Women's Health is the home to women's health services ranging from OB/GYN and lactation classes to medically supervised spa services including laser services and skin rejuvenation.

According to Insight co-founder, Dr. Susan McClanahan, "We want to make recovery easier for patients by co-locating medical doctors, nutritionists, physical and massage therapists, and other integrative health clinicians in a really convenient place."  The Willowbrook site at 545 Plainfield Road has plenty of free parking and is nestled between the Tri-State, the Stevenson and Route 83.  Convenient daytime, evening and weekend hours will make it easy for patients to work or attend school while receiving care.

With the new Willowbrook office, Insight is now delivering outpatient programs in four Illinois locations including Chicago, Skokie and Evanston.   Insight's sister company, Millennium Place, LLC, a metropolitan residence for women with eating disorders, rounds out Insight's full continuum of care.  The Companies specialize in mental health, delivering a spectrum of treatment options from office-based individual therapy to partial hospitalization and residential services.

Forming now at Willowbrook are Insight's popular Eating Disorders Intensive Outpatient Programs and its Mood/Anxiety/Bipolar Intensive Outpatient Program.  Other services include coping skills, medication management, emotion management, interpersonal effectiveness, family therapy, mood regulation, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and art & experiential therapies.
