In her new role, Elston will plan, organize and direct the overallactivities of the IncentOne Client Service Department, with day-to-dayresponsibilities for providing effective management of a diverse and rapidlygrowing client base and directing implementation of IncentOne's technology-enabled incentive programs, including the Healthy Choice Award(TM) and HealthPower(TM). She brings extensive expertise and experience in talentmanagement, quality management and client relationship management.

Elston, a former ICU nurse, brings 20 years of experience in the healthservices industry. She comes to IncentOne from Nationwide Better Health, aprovider of health promotion and care management services for health plans,third party administrators and self funded employers. She was Vice President,Client Services at Nationwide, responsible for oversight and management of theClient Services Team and functioning as the primary contact and decision-makerfor all account matters.

A recent study by The ERISA Industry Committee, the National Associationof Manufacturers and IncentOne found that employers are growing increasinglysophisticated with their health and disease management programs and the use ofincentives to encourage employees to participate in these programs.
