SCOTTSDALE, AZ, July 14 /PRNewswire/ - IgeaCare Systems USA, Inc. is pleased to announce it has entered into a distribution agreement with Jenne Distributors, Inc. to offer IgeaCare products and services to its vast network of authorized dealers nationwide. IgeaCare provides a telephony-based e-call and nurse call solution that integrates with leading telephony manufacturers' PBX platforms. In addition, IgeaCare offers a suite of software solutions that assist in managing call activities, staff assignments and wireless mobility devices.
The igeacom(R) series of resident and patient units, call cord, hardwired or wireless devices and dome lights work in conjunction with each other to provide total in-room monitoring. Integration with industry-leading PBX platforms allows for built-in individual call-point escalation with programmable response parameters, call-point priority settings and flexible routing schemes to ensure that no call goes unanswered.
In addition, the solutions allow ease of communication with standard analog, digital and/or IP telephony endpoints. IgeaCare solutions provide intuitive operations and eliminate the need for specialized training. The systems provide real-time event notification and acknowledgement on any visual display and also can allow for priority audible tone, automated speech notification and transmission of clinical information. Additional integration capabilities include: HL7 gateway; AD&D; enhanced reporting and recording QOS igeatrak portal; staff and asset tracking; staff assignment management; and monitoring of patient wandering and medical equipment.
