New Solution Streamlines How Patients Access Information

CHICAGO, Dec. 8 -- By leveraging Ifbyphone's Virtual Call Center software and bringing its outsourced call center in-house, DiabetesAmerica has saved over 50% while also integrating interactive voice response (IVR) technology to increase patient access to its health centers.

DiabetesAmerica looked to Ifbyphone to provide a virtual call center system that would support over 600 inbound calls per day, automatically routing calls for appointment bookings, insurance verification, prescription refill requests, and physician referrals.  Additionally, DiabetesAmerica needed a cloud-based solution with no capital expenditure that would work with their existing telephone system.
