Three boys and/or girls ages 11-17 who can best describe in one paragraphwhat kids can do to discourage others from smoking will win a small speakingrole, playing a young superhero.

"Kids can be very creative," says Rob Littman, producer. "We're notlooking for experienced actors, we simply want kids who can think of cleverways to prevent youngsters from ever picking up the nasty habit."
Kids are encouraged to get their parents' permission before submitting ashort essay through the entry form located at DogCatRadio.com, the radiostation sponsoring the contest.
Spidey Girl, a film about a 13-year-old girl that sets out to stopcriminals from selling cigarettes in her neighborhood, is due out in August of2008.
"This movie tackles the issue of kids smoking," says Steve Burdeaux,spokesperson. "Hopefully this film, in some way, can help create a generationof non-smokers."
Winners will be notified on February 29, 2008 by phone and will be flownto Hollywood, CA to shoot their scene and dine with the crew on the famousSunset strip. Winners will also receive a tour of Hollywood which includescomplimentary movie tickets to historic Mann's Chinese theatre.
