BATESVILLE, Ind., Aug. 20 The board of directors for Hillenbrand, Inc. (NYSE: HI) has declared a dividend of $0.185 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable Sept. 30, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 16, 2009.
