BIRMINGHAM, Ala., June 18 HealthSouthCorporation (NYSE: HLS) announced today that its Board of Directors hasdeclared a regular quarterly dividend of $16.25 per share on its 6.5% Series AConvertible Perpetual Preferred Stock, payable on July 15, 2008, to holders ofrecord on July 1, 2008.
