Continuous Enhancement Model
Every month Halogen communicates with its customers across all industriesand listens to their ideas and suggestions on how to make Halogen's entiretalent management suite even better. In February alone, enhancements based oncustomer feedback were implemented in key features including status reports,performance journals and goals and development plans. Customers have reactedenthusiastically to these changes and to Halogen's commitment to meeting theirevolving needs. The Nautilus Insurance Group was one of several customers whocontributed to the enhancements in the area of goals and development plans.

Customer Advisory Boards
Halogen invites established customers to help shape the software'son-going development through customer advisory boards. CABs provide productmanagement with valuable feedback and engage in discussion on issues andtrends. Each group consists of approximately 12 customers who attend on-linemeetings about twice a month.
