("Global Med") (OTC Bulletin Board: GLOB), an international e-Health, medical information technology company, today announced that its Wyndgate Technologies(R) ("Wyndgate") division has licensed SafeTrace Tx transfusion management software to West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital ("West Cal Cam") of Sulphur, Louisiana. Martin, Laboratory Director for West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital, stated, "After converting our lab from paper processes to the Orchard Harvest laboratory information system (LIS) four years ago, our administration recognized the need for a robust transfusion management system to manage our blood bank. We discovered that Wyndgate's SafeTrace Tx interfaced well with Orchard and with McKesson, our hospital information system vendor."
