As CFO, Mr. Del Priore will oversee all US and non-US financial reporting,working closely with Lynn O'Connor Vos, GHG CEO, to establish best financialpractices and to uncover new business building opportunities. Mr. Del Priorewill also work closely with the current GHG worldwide management team tostreamline financial procedures and reinforce global account integration.

Mr. Del Priore has been part of the WPP family for more than 17 years,first as Senior Financial Analyst and Manager of Budgets and Planning atBurson-Marsteller and later as Director of Financial Reporting for Young &Rubicam Brands.
Prior to joining GHG, Mr. Del Priore was with Burson-Marsteller asWorldwide Controller, Managing Director.
