Governor Edward G. Rendell will hold a news conference at 1 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 17, in his Reception Room in the Main Capitol in Harrisburg, to urge legislators to ensure support for child care services in the final state budget. He will be joined by child care providers and advocates.
