Between snacks and meals on Thanksgiving Day, Americans typically eat morethan 3,000 calories, meaning it will take more than walking the malls on BlackFriday to work off the day's consumption (according to Gold's Gymnutritionists, a 150 pound person burns approximately 325 calories in 90minutes of shopping).
