The Awards will be announced during a banquet that will take place on Thursday, November 19, 2009 in San Antonio, Texas.
The Healthcare Innovation Awards are given to companies that have made a significant contribution to the delivery and management of healthcare. Such companies have shown success at meeting the needs of patients and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry by pioneering products, practices, technology, and ideas.

Throughout the evening, Frost & Sullivan will honor Award recipients for demonstrating excellence and innovation in such areas as cardiovascular devices, medical imaging informatics, personalized medicine, neurology, and oncology, among other areas.
Ann McCaughan, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Noninvasive Medical Technologies, will be receiving the 2009 North American Lifetime Achievement Award for Remote Patient Monitoring. Widely acknowledged as one of the leading experts in cardiac home care, Ann McCaughan's pioneering vision and efforts in the industry have led to a number of commercially successful and novel healthcare monitoring products.
