The next step will be a comprehensive eye exam at Frantz EyeCare beginning August 1. Cataract Evaluations will be the weeks of August 21st and 28th. Surgery is scheduled for September 15th.
This will be the second time Frantz EyeCare partners with Mission Cataract USA to provide free Cataract Surgery to qualifying patients. Surgeries will be performed at the Frantz ambulatory surgery center in Fort Myers. Applicants can call 239.418.0999.
