Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) has issued its 2010 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule; the House of Representatives has passed its version of healthcare reform and coverage expansion legislation, and the Senate is expected to join the action in the coming weeks. "With the many changes in legislation that will directly impact cancer care physicians and patients across the country, it is imperative that practices understand these new developments and their implications to oncology," says Brow.
