Bringing together customers to share experiences and adopt best practices

CLEARWATER, Fla., June 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- FairWarning is proud to announce an additional customer program for its

growing number of North Carolina based health systems. FairWarning's North Carolina customer base represents approximately 45 hospitals, 11,000 beds, and 100,000 employees with customers who have been with FairWarning as early as 2010.

This in-person user group is open to all FairWarning North Carolina customers and is designed to bring FairWarning users together to engage in a high-level conversation about best practices to improve privacy and security. Mission Health will host the user group's first physical meeting at their facilities in July.

This group is also a foundation for FairWarning users to learn from the world's leaders in patient privacy intelligence, share firsthand experiences and create networking opportunities. User group members will also be presented with opportunities for early adopter programs.

Mission Health has been a FairWarning customer since 2014 and continues to be a leading example for this group and all customers in areas of patient privacy, compliance and security collaboration, and advanced usage and adoption. "We are thrilled to host the first user group at Mission Health in Asheville, North Carolina and continue working our colleagues in North Carolina," said Beth Cirillo, Executive Director and HIPAA Privacy Officer at Mission Health.

"We are excited to launch the North Carolina user group for our customer community. For years, this state has had an engaged community of privacy, compliance and security professionals focused on the effective use of technology and how it serves their patients. This will be another opportunity to collaborate, share best practices, and learn from each other," Brian Stone, Director of Solution Services at FairWarning.

The official launch of the North Carolina user group will be announced at NCHICA 2017. If you are a customer in North Carolina or another state interested in starting or joining a FairWarning user group community to connect with other privacy and security professionals, please contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager today.
