Express Scripts Declares 2-For-1 Stock Split

ST. LOUIS, May 5 Express Scripts, Inc. (Nasdaq: ESRX) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a two-for-one stock split to be effected in the form of a stock dividend. The stock split is for shareholders of record as of May 21, 2010, and will be effective on June 7, 2010.
