(OTC Bulletin Board: HSSO) indicating that itis prepared to move forward to close the parties' pending merger. HSS alsoindicated that it had demanded that Stanford International Bank Limited (SIBL)provide the funding to consummate the transaction today, Tuesday, December 23,2008. Emageon has not yet received notice of SIBL's response to this request.
