"What drew me to Presbyterian SeniorCare was the organization's mission," Gamble said. "In my communications and development work for non-profits, I've held an internal standard in that I only commit to serving the missions of organizations with which I find a heartfelt, personal resonance. Presbyterian SeniorCare's commitment to excellence in enhancing the quality of life for older adults and persons with disabilities in our region felt like a tremendous fit for my personal values and professional experience."

Gamble directs public relations and communications for Presbyterian SeniorCare, a non-profit regional network of living and care options for older adults and persons with disabilities located throughout southwestern Pennsylvania.

"We are excited to have Ellen become part of the Presbyterian SeniorCare team," said Paul Winkler, President and CEO at Presbyterian SeniorCare. "Ellen brings a unique blend of enthusiasm, expertise and hands-on experience to what we see as a key position within our organization."

Gamble is eager to spotlight the many positive aspects of Presbyterian SeniorCare.

"Presbyterian SeniorCare, with its continuum of 56 communities and services in nine western Pennsylvania counties, has so many great stories to be told," Gamble said.

Gamble spent four years as development director at the Women's Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh and more than a year as director of development at Pressley Ridge, an international non-profit organization serving troubled children and their families.

She's been a field producer for NBC Universal and has done voice over work and been an on-camera actress for The Talent Group since 1997.

Gamble was a general assignment reporter and weekend-weekday morning anchor for WTAE-TV in Pittsburgh for six years and was news-public affairs director and a morning show personality at WDSY-FM radio for six years. Her broadcast career began in 1990 as an airborne traffic reporter for KDKA-AM radio in Pittsburgh.
