RapidPACS Web Edition automatically routes a copy of a patient's digitalstudy to EklinVault(TM) for permanent storage and instant retrieval. Thisapplies to all open DICOM standard digital modality exams including CR,nuclear medicine, endoscopy, ultrasound, CT, MRI and others.

Eklin was the first to introduce DR and PACS based on open vendorstandards to veterinary care. This open architecture allows the clinician tocreate a patient modality work list. There is aninitial set-up fee and monthly usage fee similar to many cell phone plans. Asthe practice grows, they system can scale easily to the next level at anytime.Studies are stored at the EklinVault, a high-security, colocation facilitylocated in Silicon Valley. Images can be instantly retrieved and viewed frommultiple workstations throughout the practice or shared on-line withconsulting veterinarians and clients.
