On February 26, 2010, EPGL Shareholders voted to expand the number of authorized shares from 2.0 billion to 5.0 billion by a margin of three to one. This vote provides the company with equity that can be sold to raise financing needed to fuel the Company's growth plans. One of these includes the development of a Nutraceutical Product Directory along the lines of the Company's successful Annual Resource Guide. This new directory would help to review the thousands of nutraceuticals (nutritional supplements) in terms of their efficacy and safety and potential interaction with Rx medications. Preliminary work on this new product is already underway. The market for nutraceuticals is in excess of $100 billion.

On March 2, 2010, the Company participated in the first Special Needs Day at the Liberty Science Center in New Jersey. Over 1,000 students with disabilities and special needs attended the event, free of charge, and experienced all that the Center has to offer. It was a day of learning and sharing ideas and experiences about the wonders of nature and science in an atmosphere each child could experience, regardless of their disability. Mark Mattia, Sr. Vice President for Marketing at the Liberty Science Center, was particularly moved by the day. "These children really enjoyed their visit and learned a great deal. The presentation by Dennis Dusevic, a young man with cerebral palsy who is non-verbal and has significant spasticity, was extraordinary." Dennis, an employee at Exceptional Parent, puts together the Company's Annual Resource Guide. He did a power point presentation utilizing an augmentative communication device manufactured by Dynavox, Inc. EPGL and LSC are in discussions for the launch of several other Disability Awareness Days (DAD) at the Liberty Science Center later this year.

In July, the Company is planning the launch of a major new educational series on Pain and Pain Management. This series is a first of its kind and will focus on a powerful new technique for treating pain pioneered by Hans Kraus, MD, who treated President John F. Kennedy, and now being implemented at the Marcus Pain Institute in New York City by Norman Marcus, MD, who is on the faculty at NYU Medical School.

Finally, the Company has executed an agreement with the World Congress on Disabilities (WCD), now a 501-C-3 not-for profit corporation, to be the exclusive marketing and promotional arm for the WCD event as well as continuing to develop educational programs offered at this event. The 2010 WCD will be held in Dallas, Texas, November 18-19, 2010.
