HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 4 -- On Saturday at 11:00 a.m., Harrisburg areahealth care professionals, including Dr. Cary Cummings will join MarkHarrison, a registered nurse, and Matt Dean, an exercise physiologist, tosound the alarm over John McCain's radical health care plan. According to thenonpartisan organization Factcheck.org, "McCain's plan to tax workers on thevalue of their employer-provided health care plans and provide tax creditswould encourage some employers, mainly small businesses, to drop healthbenefits, say experts, and the proposal could eventually eliminate job-basedinsurance altogether."
