The course comprises three 2-hour sessions of live lecture, interactivediscussion, journaling and feedback. The classes are paced so thatparticipants can engage in rich discussion of key concepts, put the ideas intopractice during the days between class sessions, then come back to class withinsights, practical questions, and the opportunity to learn more deeply bysharing immediate experiences. Parents in the Denver metro area may attend inperson; parents anywhere can attend online via phone and computer.
The classes "will help divorced parents look at life differently, andbring insight, peace and clarity to their role, while showing them how toreduce conflict in their lives," according to Sondra von Gyllenband, SeniorMinister, Unity Church of Beaumont.
A Grand Opening for Three Trusts will be held Thursday, April 3, 2008,from 4pm to 6pm at the new office, 1010 Washington Avenue, in the 2nd floor ofthe Golden Visitors Center. Ribbon Cutting ceremony is scheduled at 5:40pm.Everyone who attends the Grand Opening will receive a coupon for a free class,which can be given to anyone who would benefit from the course.
