LINTHICUM, Md., April 4, 2008 DialysisCorporation of America (Nasdaq: DCAI) announced the development of a newfacility in Pennsylvania, its eleventh facility in that state.

The new center, which will be located in Camp Hill, has been designed withpatient comfort and efficiency in mind, and will have a total of twenty fourtreatment stations. In partnership with one of the areas top nephrologists,DCA expects the center to further solidify its leading role in the greaterHarrisburg market.
