Department of Defense Offers New Childcare Program in Time for Month of the Military Child

CHICAGO, March 31 To underscore the important role military children play in the armed forces community, the Department of Defense has designated April as "Month of the Military Child." This April, the Department of Defense is also offering a program to help military families find in-home caregivers. All Army, Marines, Navy and Air Force families (active, reserve and national guard) are eligible for memberships to Sittercity, which are fully paid by the Department of Defense.
