Denise Mikin Named KePRO's Senior Manager of Process Improvement

HARRISBURG, Pa., June 11 In its ongoing efforts to deliverexceptional customer service, KePRO a total population management firm,promoted Denise Mikin to Senior Manager of Process Improvement. She reports toSharon McCudden, Director of Process Improvement & Compliance.

"Denise collaborates with KePRO's user's groups, vendors, physicians, andwith internal departments, such as information technology, learning anddevelopment, and quality assurance," said Ms. McCudden. "This positionrequires an accomplished leader with a multi disciplined skill set, includingstrong program/project/process/compliance management and proven deployment oflarge corporate initiatives. Denise possesses the skills and knowledge toeffectively manage all of these components."

Ms. Mikin provides strategic leadership for the further development ofKePRO's process improvement initiative. She leads and organizes tacticalimplementation and development, coupled with the deployment activities, tobuild a Six Sigma (DMAIC) model that can be deployed across the corporation.

"I am committed to ensuring that KePRO delivers high quality customerservice to our state, federal, municipal, and commercial clients," said Ms.Mikin. "Applying Six Sigma methodology corporate-wide enables us to improveeffectiveness and efficiency internally and externally. Leveraging automationand integrating quality into our medical management products and processeswill increase our efficiency and enable us to more effectively meet thediverse needs of our clients."

Most recently, Ms. Mikin served as KePRO's corporate complianceadministrator. She has been with KePRO since 2001, where she has been involvedwith quality systems, product and process improvement, product and projectmanagement, market research, and strategy development. She will continue towork from KePRO's Cleveland office.

Ms. Mikin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and her MBAfrom John Carroll University in Ohio. She has extensive Six Sigma experience,and has led the Company's URAC accreditation and past ISO certificationefforts.
