Danialle Karmanos' Work It Out Names Tracey Secco as Director of Operations

DETROIT, Dec. 11 Danialle Karmanos' Work It Out (DKWIO), adynamic 501(c)(3) not-for-profit program dedicated to the physical, mental andspiritual wellness of children, today announced that Tracey Secco has joinedDKWIO as Director of Operations. Ms. Secco will employ her more than ten yearsof experience in public relations and program management to -- in partnershipwith DKWIO leadership -- communicate the organization's life-changing message.

"Childhood obesity continues to take a terrible toll on our kids, parentsand communities," said DKWIO Founder and Executive Director Danialle Karmanos."Tracey will help DKWIO dramatically expand its reach and impact in helpingkids make healthy choices."

In addition to program development and other key functions, Ms. Secco willfocus on grant writing and research. Additionally, she will maintain ongoingcommunications with schools, groups, kids and families that participate inDKWIO.

Ms. Secco's 10-year career in public and media relations spans the entirespectrum of public affairs. She has particular experience in digitalmarketing, press relations and event coordination. Her accomplishments includesubstantial work with General Motors, including the development andimplementation of the company's movement and growth into the online socialmedia market. Ms. Secco has a Business Administration degree from NorthwoodUniversity.
