Ms. Fiser joined Jenny Craig in 1990 as a Jenny Craig Consultant, quicklymoving up the ranks to become a Program Director, Centre Director, NationalSales Trainer and Regional Director. In 1998, she was promoted to DivisionalSupervisor for company-owned Centres in US markets, and moved to Australia twoyears later as Director of Operations. The following year, she was promotedto General Manager for the Australian/New Zealand market, where she wasresponsible for operations, training, program development, real estate andhuman resources. During her time "down under," key performance metricsincreased significantly under her leadership.

In 2002, Ms. Fiser returned stateside where she assumed the role ofFranchise Consultant, providing operational advice and support to franchiseowners throughout the U.S.
Ms. Fiser was awarded a bachelor of arts degree in English andOrganizational Communications from Rollins College in 1988, where she was alsoan all-American volleyball player.
In her new position as Vice President, Corporate Operations, Ms. Fiserwill oversee field operations and training for approximately 440 company-ownedCentres in the US and Canada.
