As head of GHG's Human Resources Department, Mr. Relton will overseeemployee career development, refine performance management, streamlinerecruiting efforts, and develop cross training opportunities and educationalprograms for employees.

Prior to joining GHG, Dan was SVP/Director of Human Resources for MPGNorth America, where he helped develop a well-defined culture and workenvironment that attracted and retained strong employees. He also spent 10years at GCI, a WPP company, as SVP of Human Resources, creating a fullystaffed department that managed the needs of seven offices.
Previously, Mr. Relton was Manager of Human Resources for Manning, Selvage& Lee, overseeing human resources and benefits administration for more than200 people. He holds a BA in Communications from The American University inWashington, D.C., and a Master's of Science in Human Resources Management fromNew School University in New York City.
