FORT WORTH, Texas, Sept. 9 DSS Research announces their Outbound Education Verification (OEV) Program meets the new CMS requirements for verification calls. For the past three years, DSS Research has conducted OEV work for multiple carriers and a variety of plan types.

The purpose of the OEV program is to contact recently enrolled members to confirm their intent to enroll in the plan, ensure they understand the plan type they chose, and verify the selling broker or agent complied with established sales guidelines.
