Dr. Davidson has recently relocated his clinical practice to Park City,Utah, joining Drs. Eric and Karen Heiden at Heiden Orthopaedics. He is aninternationally recognized surgical educator, clinical and basic scienceinvestigator, and a widely published scientific author. Dr. Davidson is anofficially approved orthopaedic consultant for the NFL, MLB and Arena FootballLeagues. He is a fellow of the AAOS, ABOS, AANA, AOSSM, ISAKOS, theInternational Patellofemoral Study Group and the International CartilageRepair Society.

Dr. Tomaino founded Tomaino Orthopaedic Care for Shoulder, Hand and ElbowLLC in 2008 after 15 years of full-time academic practice -- most recently atthe University of Rochester Medical Center, where he was Chief, Division ofHand and Upper Extremity Surgery, Director of the Hand and Upper ExtremityFellowship until April 2007 and as well as Professor of Orthopaedics throughJune 2008 at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He also previouslyserved as the Chief of Microsurgery at the University of Pittsburgh MedicalCenter. He is an Editorial Board member of a number of professional journalsincluding the American Journal of Orthopaedics, the American Journal of HandSurgery, and Microsurgery. He is also an active member of a number ofCommittees in the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
Dr. Rokito is Chief of the Division of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at theNew York University Hospital for Joint Diseases. In addition he is also theAssociate Director of NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases' Division of SportsMedicine. Dr. Rokito serves as an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgeryat the New York University School of Medicine.
