Financial and clinical outcomes data from ACTION-OI are used in UHC'sOperational Data Base, which allows UHC members to evaluate their performance,compare it to other organizations, and pinpoint opportunities to control costsand improve quality. Currently, 92 UHC organizations participate in theirOperational Data Base program.
