WHAT | United States Congresswoman, Shelley Berkley will visit students at Reynaldo Martinez Elementary School to read to 60 children. The book she will read is Call Me Madame President by Sue Pyatt, an engaging picture book that is meant to inspire a new generation of hopeful politicians. In addition, will be presenting 60 books to the school as part of a partnership between Communities In Schools of Nevada and Kids In Distressed Situations (K.I.D.S.). The partnership will include a donation of twenty one shipping palates of books to Communities In Schools of Nevada to be distributed to its school sites across the State. | |
