("BHS"), which includes five fully dedicatedoccupational health care centers in the Detroit and Ann Arbor markets. Theacquisition of these centers expands Concentra's geographic footprint to 23centers in Michigan.
In addition to the five health care centers, BHS also operated three on-site medical facilities providing episodic care, wellness programs, and healthfairs for local employers. Milt DuPuy, M.D., and Joe Hymes, BHS executivedirector, have joined the company as the Detroit Medical Director and MichiganDirector of Operations, respectively.
