Codexis will participate in the Lazard Capital Markets Annual Alternative Energy Investor Summit, to be held in New York, NY on June 1-2, 2011. Dr. Shaw will appear on a panel titled "Biofuels: Convergence of Biotechnology & Energy", scheduled for June 2 at 3:45 p.m. ET.
The company will also participate in the RBC Capital Markets Global Energy and Power Conference, to be held in New York, NY on June 6-7, 2011. Robert Lawson, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host a breakout session scheduled for June 6 at 4:05 p.m. ET.
