REDWOOD CITY, Calif., June 14 Codexis, Inc. (Nasdaq: CDXS) today announced that Alan Shaw, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer, received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The YearŽ 2010 in the Life Sciences category in Northern California.

According to Ernst & Young LLP, the award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who are building and leading dynamic, growing businesses. Dr. Shaw was selected by a panel of independent judges, and the award was presented at a gala event at the San Jose Fairmont Hotel on June 12, 2010.
