IRVINE, Calif., July 27 Cobalis Corp. (Pink Sheets: CLSC) announced today that it has entered into a distribution partnership agreement with OTM LIC, Inc. (OTM) to facilitate the creation of retail marketing and distribution division within the Company. OTM will help manage the new division and assist Cobalis in launching its flagship product, PreHistin® Allergy Defense Formula, to national chain pharmacies, mass merchandisers and retailers, and convenience stores.

OTM principals John Legge and Jeff Dole bring more than 40 years of successful executive retail marketing expertise, as well as a significant portfolio of high level contacts and relationships with the country's largest retailers and chain pharmacies.

Based out of Cobalis' new corporate headquarters in Irvine, California, Legge and Dole will spearhead a major national retail marketing program intended to place PreHistin® on retail shelves coast-to-coast by year-end or sooner. OTM will represent PreHistin® to US retail targets, as well as any future products Cobalis may develop or acquire. Legge and Dole will also present PreHistin® at trade shows and expos where retailers preview and place orders for new products.
Under the engagement being announced, Cobalis will also receive 25% of all net revenues OTM generates from all current and future products represented. Thus, Cobalis will derive a considerable revenue stream from sales of several consumer healthcare products OTM presently represents to retailers and convenience stores across the US.
