Having single-instanceconsolidated financials together with the sales force automation of NetSuitealleviates Clinical Solutions' previous problems of geographical complexityand difficulty in extracting information from multiple systems. NetSuitehandles the different currencies, taxation rules and reporting needs, allwithin one, instantly accessible and easy-to-format system, which is availablefrom anywhere on the globe.
Now with approximately 100 users of NetSuite, Clinical Solutions isrealizing many benefits previously unknown to them. Information can be seen inreal-time and can be shared across departments, across subsidiaries and acrosscountries. This data need only be input once, resulting in considerable timesavings. For instance, employee expenses can be entered online, saving thepurchase ledger clerk considerable time and effort. In addition, bankreconciliations, which used to be done using spreadsheets, are now done withinNetSuite. Not only is staff more productive but executives can also tap intothe information in real-time. This increased visibility helps ClinicalSolutions' executives make better business decisions.
