China Yongxin held grand opening ceremonies in July for all six new storesin Changchun City, which is expected to further increase awareness of theChina Yongxin brand in the community. These six locations were chosen fortheir strategic locations in high density and high income residentialdistricts. The Lin He Street store is located on the beautiful River of Lifethat runs through Changchun City, also known for its heavy foot traffic. TheJian Min Street store is located in the "My Home" district, adjacent to theRoyal Emerald Palace upscale community. The Fei Yue Road store is located inthe core of China FAW Group district, which has a large residential communitywith a high population density. The De Chang Road store is located in theHongqi Street shopping district, adjacent to the Hospital of Jilin Province.The Chang Da Road and Cambridge Park stores are located near the ChangchunUniversity and Jilin University, respectively, allowing the Company to accessthe universities' large student populations and surrounding residents. Theseventh store is located in Baishan City, adding an additional store to theBai Shan Cao An Tang brand.

The new drugstores provide customers with a wide range of over-the-counterChinese traditional and Western medicines, prescription pharmaceuticals,natural health products including herbal and nutritional supplements, healthfoods, personal care products and cosmetics. These stores will also providecustomers that are located within close proximity with free delivery services,which management believes may be a cost-effective method of attracting morecustomers and increasing sales.
According to Mr. Yongxin Liu, Chairman and CEO, "We are pleased toannounce the opening of a total of 13 new stores in 2010, expanding ourfootprint within densely populated and high income districts.
