At the annual general meeting, the Company's shareholders approved theChina Medical Technologies, Inc. 2009 Equity Incentive Plan (the "2009 Plan")as adopted by the Company's board of directors and proposed for shareholders'approval by the Company. The terms of the 2009 Plan can be found in theCompany's Form 6-K furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission(the "SEC") on November 17, 2009, which can be accessed on the Company'sInvestor Relations website at http://ir.chinameditech.com and on the SEC'swebsite at http://www.sec.gov . The Company's shareholders did not adopt anyother resolution at the annual general meeting.
