CHICAGO, Dec. 18 Chicago magazine, the largest citymonthly in the country, gives readers a valuable tool worth saving with aspecial report on what to do in a medical crisis. The January issue, whichhits newsstands today, spotlights when to get a second opinion, where to finda specialist, and how to manage medical bills, among other issues.
