Cash Technologies Subsidiary Announces Hiring of Sales V.P.

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 21 Cash Technologies, Inc.(Amex: TQ), announced today that its subsidiary, Claim-Remedi Services, Inc.("Claim-Remedi"), has hired Sherri Horowitz as Vice President of Sales andMarketing.

Ms. Horowitz brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experienceto Claim-Remedi. Most recently, she was Regional Director for the West Coastand Pacific Rim for Accuro Healthcare Solutions, a leading provider of revenuemanagement software to the hospital market.

Previously, Ms. Horowitz held various senior marketing positions intechnology and data processing, including Product Manager for VeriFone andProduct Manager and Strategic Planner for transaction processing for McDonnellDouglas. Early in her career, she acquired keen selling skills at XeroxCorporation where she became the top performing sales person in the Midwestregion.

Ms. Horowitz's background makes her well suited to the task of marketingClaim-Remedi's suite of healthcare software and data processing products,which dramatically reduce insurance claim denials and accelerate revenuecollections for healthcare providers. "Denial management" products are theleading revenue generation and cost reduction initiative amongst medicalproviders today.
