SAN DIEGO, Feb. 17 Hospital executives and global health care leaders will gather in Nice, France on April 20 for a summit to address the clinical, operational and financial returns of investing in patient safety. This one-day Global Patient Safety Summit, convened during the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Health Care, is made possible by an educational grant from CareFusion, a leading global medical device company.
The Global Patient Safety Summit curriculum will include interactive panel discussions from experts on preventing health care-associated infections (HAIs), eliminating adverse drug events (ADEs) and maximizing the impact of health information technology for patient safety.
