Based in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, Secura provides non-skilled home care services throughout New Jersey to more than 3,500 patients in their homes. CareFinders, based in Hackensack, NJ, also provides non-skilled home care services to more than 3700 patients throughout New Jersey with 11 offices in the state.
This transaction brings together two of New Jersey's most reputable home care companies. Kevin Rogers, CareFinder's CEO will become the CEO of the combined companies. Donna Lodato, the current CEO of Secura, will be staying on board into next year to assist with the transition.
