REDWOOD CITY, Calif., April 22 Cardica, Inc.(Nasdaq: CRDC) today announced that it will release financial results for itsfiscal third quarter ended March 31, 2008, on Tuesday, April 29, 2008, afterthe markets close, and the company's management will host a conference call at4:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results and provide an updateon the company's business.
