LITTLE FALLS, N.J., June 9 CANTEL MEDICAL CORP. (NYSE: CMN) announced today that its Board of Directors authorized a regular semiannual cash dividend of $0.05 per outstanding share of the Company's Common Stock. The dividend is payable on July 30, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2010.
